Absence Request Form & Expected Lateness/Early Dismissal

PLEASE submit absence forms NO LATER THAN the Tuesday prior to the anticipated absence. 
This will allow PYSO’s Music Director to effectively plan and schedule for the upcoming rehearsal and ensures that we are respectful and considerate of each other’s time and efforts.

For any unexpected absence the same day of rehearsal call the PYSO office at 412-392-4872 and leave a message.
