Youth Chamber Connection

Last year alone over 85 students were enrolled In the YC2 program, representing 20 different chamber music ensembles, and they performed for over 56,000 people (many of them young people) throughout the Pittsburgh area and beyond through community-service performances.

This is the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra’s fifth year collaborating with Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras to provide chamber music education, enrichment, and community-service performance opportunities through our shared Youth Chamber Connection program, also known as YC2. All PYSO and TRYPO members are welcome to join, as well as other interested young musicians in the tri-state area, regardless of program affiliation.
